Cranberry Meatballs
Large eggs, fork-beaten 2
soy sauce 2 tbsp.
finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
parsley flakes 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder (or 2 cloves, minced) 1/2 tsp.
Corn flake crumbs 1 cup
salt 2 tsp.
pepper 1/2 tsp.
Lean Ground beef 2 lbs.
Canned cranberry sauce 14 oz.
Chilli sauce 1/2 cup
ketchup 1/2 cup
brown sugar, Packed 2 tbsp.
white vinegar 1 tbsp.
Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange
in greased 3
quart casserole. Mix remaining 5 ingredients in small
bowl. Pour over
meatballs. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 45
minutes.
