FUDGE


 

Planned to translate these but never had time;

Never fail fudge #1
4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Boil 5 minutes,stir constantly

Remove from heat
Add
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat, pour in greased 9x9 pan



Never fail fudge #2
3/4 cup margarine
3 cups white sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Boil 5 minutes, stir constantly

Turn off heat, leave on burner
Add
10 oz. semi-sweet choc. pieces
30 marshmallows (size?) I say big!
2/3 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat, pour in 9x9 greased pan
