Cretons


1 lb ground pork
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 grated onion
1 crushed clove garlic
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

In a heavy bottom saucepan, combine all and simmer one hour,
stirring often!
